Default 04 Pacifica Heater Blower

I took the blower motor itself out and checked it with direct power and it is good. I replaced both the actuator and the blower motor resistor. The blower works very intermittently but mostly not at all and it's winter.

I just pulled the motor again and put direct power to the blower again and it takes off. Where does the ground lead for this motor get its ground? Could it be an issue with the grounding, because direct hot and ground leads make this motor fly.

did you do what I asked? what was the result? The ground comes from the blower motor resistor
