Have an 04 Pacifica with a frustrating problem. Heater does not blowat all, anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. Right now it is about -20 F in Montana, this is a slight problem. The dash controls were changed about a year ago and I change the power module that is just behing the glove box door, no luck. Tried the reprogram process, holding power and recirc.. No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

No fan, feels like the heat is okay but with no air moving it's a little hard to tell.
