Default 93 5th Ave Heater fan and Headlights

HELP 1-The heater fan only works on high where might the relay be located. 2-At night, when my headlights are on, they flicker off and on. The switch is pulled out . I don't use the auto headlight feature as it never turns the lights off and I end up with a dead battery. The only way to stop the flickering is to turn them off for a while. The head lamps have been replaced as well as the switch. The service manuals from the parts store is of no use. It's a real thrill when your headlights start to flicker when it's dark and some one pulls out in front of you because they think you are flashing your lights, telling them to go ahead. and once again HELP
