I have an 04 pac. and just recently the defrost quit working. when I push the defrost button the air flow slows down but never actually comes out of the defrost vents. has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it. I have looked at the unit and all of the plugs I could see and can find nothing wrong

the littlr door that diverts air flow is broken-this is all I know maybe someone else could help beyone here.
