Default 05 Pacifica Blower motor question

Blower motor not working. Replaced the motor and nothing. Green wire +12.28v and black wire +12.28v while on. Its the auto system. Blower doesn't come on at all, everything else is fine. I've read that if its the module usualy it stays on high. Should I replace it anyway?

Did you figure this out? Exact same problem on my '04. ATC system, so I replaced power mdule/resistor and have same exact problem.

This happened to me recently and I simply replaced the blower resistor module and it worked fine.

Have you tried simply connecting the power and ground (coming out of the resistor module) to see if the fan is operable?

I meant to the fan, of course.

Ok, I had the same problem as the original poster. Mine turned out to the the resistor control module. It was $86 for a new one at Advance Auto and they had it instock. The replacement has 5 prongs not 6 like the original, but it works as there is only 5 wires going into the harnesses.

The diagnosis was tricky as I was getting 12.5v at the motor but it was not turning. When the motor was connected to a 12v source it worked. I tried the module with help from a sympathetic parts store manager and it worked, so I bought it. Hope this helps someone.

I have ATC, the module is behind the glove box with two screws holding it in place, two harnesses coming out, one going to the blower.
