The service department finally confirmed a front end noise when turning right in my 07 pacifica. The technician thought it had something to do with how the body leans into the turn. I take it for the appointment and they have no idea what to do. They called Chrysler for support and they told them to replace the Gear Rack. This vehicle only has 17,000 miles on it. Is this likely for a new vehicle?

 

Did you check the lube and torque on the front hub nuts? These have been known to either loosen or were not torqued properly at the factory.
Have them check them. This has been the cause of many member's front end noise.
