I've seen that happen on other cars... with an 07 if you are still under warranty I would take it in to the dealer to have a new radio installed. Those are "non serviceable" parts so they won't even attempt to repair it.
If you are OUT of warranty, don't even think about a factory replacement radio from a dealer. It'll probably cost something outrageous like $400. Either shop around scrap yards or eBay to find a factory replacement, or look into an aftermarket option.
