I just bought a 2004 Pacifica and really like it. I bought it as is with no warranty...so of course there is a problem that we can't seem to figure out.
It's a factory installed DVD player with a 6 disc changer. The lights keep flashing above the disc #'s and it has an error message. When I try to eject a disc it sounds like it is working and trying to eject a disc but then it gives the error message again. It won't let me insert a disc.
The mechanic suggested that we disconnect the battery to see if that would reset the DVD player but that didn't work.

Any suggestions?

i had a 04 pac also the changer is bad had mine replaced twice while in warranty for the same problem
