lets see if we can clear this up a little.
U have an issue with the air not being hot correct when u have it on full heat?
and what are you talking about the outside air temp is it wrong?

when I turn on the heater only gives warm air everything works but the reading that gives you your out side temp was wondering it that effects the heat and were does it get the reading form

the outside temp is the air temp from outside only. has nothing to do with the temp on the inside unless u are using the auto temp control then it takes that into factor.

Go under the hood find both the heater core lines going into the fire wall hen the engine is full hot feel them and see if they are hot where u cant hold onto them.
