2007 Pacifica Fuel Tank

Gas gauge went dead. Two weeks later extremely difficult to fill gas tank. I've checked all hoses and evap canister. Replaced purge valve solenoid. Is the vent valve permanently attached to gas tank?

I have a difficult fill problem with my 2003 T&C. I believe I have the same problem as you do. But the vent valve doesn't seem to be separately replaceable on mine.
