2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring 4.0L 166,000 miles. Heater control flahing "delay" light along with recirculating button flashing amber. Flappers doors keep opening/closing alternating between dash board and center console even with key ignition "off". I pulled the HVAC 15 amp fuse so it wouldn't drain my battery. This issue developed after diconnecting / reconnecting the battery and never existed prior. Any ideas???
