Default Delay flashing on heater panel

After changing the battery, my heating panel is flashing "delay" and the recirculate light is also flashing. I can hear something starting and stopping thru the vents when the key is off like a low hum. Is there a way to reset this system?

Thank you in advance

I have the same year/model. I recently replaced my alternator, and when I hooked everything back up had the same issue, and very little info on the net about this. I left my car running in the driveway for about 30-45 minutes, and the delay flashing stopped and the blower control started working as usual. I "think" it was just recalibrating itself. but regardless now everything works as intended and Delay no longer flashes.

What yo are describing is the system "re-setting" itself. It should be fully adjusted after driving a few miles or 5-10 mins of running.

Default Pacifica HVAC delay light and recirculate light flashing

2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring 4.0L engine, 166,000 miles. I added an addition ground to the battery to remedy a no start no crank issue. So, disconnected battery. Added that additional ground. Hooked battery back up. Car starts and no issues EXCEPT a totally new one. Heater control is flashing "delay" and the recirculation button is flashing yellow. When the key is "off"or "on" position the flapper doors continously open and close. The key in the "off" position does not change the operation of the doors. The flapper doors alternate in dash then in center console (back and forth). I had to pull the HVAC 15 amp fuse to get the flapper doors to stop operating or it would continue fearing a depleating the battery. I thought the HVAC control panel might be fried, or a relay inop. Should I let the car run and recalibrate the computer as the gentlemen above stated?

2007 Pacifica. I diconnected the battery for other maintenance. Then hooked the battery up and encountered the same issue with delay light flashing along with recirulating amber light flashing. I believe that means the HVAC system is recalibrating after researching. Hopefully my problem goes away. Did you figure the problem out?
