Default 2007 Pacifica pulling code P0736

Hey guys, new to forum and in desperate need of help... My wife's Pacifica was shifting fine until this morning. She backed out of the driveway, went grocery shopping... came home and when she tried to back into the driveway, it would not go. When in reverse, it acted like it was in neutral. I pulled up the center console, and the shift linkage there is intact. I looked under the hood where the linkage meets the transmission, and it appears to be shifting (well it is moving anyway) when we go through the gears.

I pulled the codes with an OBD scanner, and it gave me codes P0734 (gear 4 ratio incorrect) and P0736 (Reverse ratio incorrect).

In my experience, these things are problematic over time before they stop working, this went from working to not working in one trip.. so I am confused. I looked for any fuses or anything that indicated it was for the reverse, but that is probably me hoping for the best.. I really need some advice before I take this to a mechanic.. a few more things I can check on my own. It sounds like a bad sensor, fuse, solenoid or wire or something.. jut can't see it dying all at once like that. I was going to check the fluid, but can't even find the transmission fluid fill on this thing..

We just paid it off and planned to sell it in a couple months.. go figure.

Thanks in advance.. hoping for a hero.. lol
