Default 2008 4.0L Slight water pump leak

I have a 2008 limited with 127k miles. At 101k I changed timing belt water pump tensioner pully and hydraulic tensioner (was leaking oil). It has had a slight coolant leak every since (a few ounces a week). Since this was a year and half or so ago I can't really remember if I torqued the water pump bolts tight enough. Question - do I have to pull everything off again (including the harmonic balancer to get the bottom timing cover off) to be able to access all water pump bolts to re-torque? While I am in there I was going to put an air compressor on the cooling system no make sure that fixes the problem. If not another water pump. Some folks said get the OEM. I got the AC Delco from rockauto.com. Seemed like a quality unit. Maybe my mistake.

The other question. What if I just leave it as is for the next 75k miles? Certainly would not have to change antifreeze since I would be adding fresh all the time. Say a few ounces a week x 52 weeks x 3 more years would be no more that 4 / 5 gallons of premixed antifreeze. I am not sure if this would damage the timing belt.

You will have to pull everything off the re-torque the bolts. There is no getting around it.

I was afraid of that. Thank you.
