2017 Pacifica Limited 3.6L V6 MPI P0305 engine code
I just joined this forum to start documenting the issue we've experienced to help anyone else. I will update the thread as I receive more information.
We have a 2017 Pacifica Limited 3.6L V6 MPI engine. This evening our CEL came on with a P0305 code that says Cylinder 5 misfire. After reading through some other posts about this, I've been reading some horror stories about cracked engine heads, etc. I've seen some other owners say they also have no coolent in their reservoir. So when I popped the hood to check, sure enough the reservoir is empty. We do not have any leaking coolant on our garage floor that is obvious.
Taking the car into the shop tomorrow. We do have a CarMax extended warranty on it, but to be honest, I'm a little nervous from the other reports on here of this problem. Hopefully it's just something with the plugs and wires.
