Blower quit working
#2
The next thing I would check is the blower motor resistor. Usually when it fails the fan will stay on high, but I would check to make sure that it is not open. Not having a pac myself, I am not sure where yours is. Usually it is under the dash on the passenger side, where the passengers toes would be. Remove it and check it, it might be your problem.

I was playing around with it a bit last night but I have no idea what the values are supposed to be if I test it. I am assuming I would be testing resistance correct? If anyone has values to check for I would greatly apreciate it.
FYI My car also has auto temp control
Thanks

I don't know the resistance values but you should have some level of resistance on all of them (in other words you should be able to easily find an open in the circuit). You could also run 12v right to the blower to insure that that is not your issue.

I'll try that. I do have the max care warranty but if I could save the $100 deductible warranty I would like to. I;ll throw my meter on the power module and try to see if I can get the motor to spin up with 12v running directly.
Thanks for all your help

Well I took it in because I just didnt have time and needed it fixed right away. It turned out to be the controller. The only good news is that it cost less than my $100 deductible so I kinda made out.

I have the exact same issue--front blower fan doesn't work at all. It's an '04 with ATC, so I bought and installed a new power module today, but still have the same problem. No front blower at all. The control head appears to be working okay, as the digital fan speed increases as you hit the top of the rocker switch and decreases as you hit the lower part of the rocker switch.
Any ideas??

Same issue on my '04 Pacifica with ATC. No front blower at all. Replaced power module today and still have the same issue. Control head seems to be working, as the digital fan speed readout increases and decreases as you hit the rocker switch.
Any ideas? If it's the control head, is it easy to replace?

Yes, the relay is under the dash on the passenger side. If you tilt glove box down, you'll see it.
My problem turned out to be a dead spot in the fan motor. Pulled it out, spun it by hand, reinstalled it and haven't had a problem since...
