I have a Chrysler Pacifica 2006 240 km miles. I know I had a lot of miles on it but it was running fine before it stalled out on me and I wasn't able to start it again. It does crank we hear the gas pump priming and we put starter fluid in the throttle and it still hasn't started. It has a camshaft sensor scan code and we replace that but still no start. I was wondering however if it might be a ground issue I have a picture of the driver side fender behind or in the wheel well I was wondering if anyone knew what this cord or cable is supposed to be attached to if you can help in any way or have any suggestions that would be great thank you.

Can you.see it? The wire that is not attached to anything?
