Default Code U110C Alternator Issues?

I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. About a week ago every trouble light came on along with no locks, windows, a/c, radio, etc with the rpm and temp gauges fluctuating. The only code the reader gets is U110C. After some research I tested the battery and alternator.

Battery reads 12.7V off and a little above 14V on.
Alternator Connection reads the same.
I also tested the amps and it was only showing 30A which is way to low. So my question is could this be the cause of all the sensors and accessories not working/malfunctioning?

Two things to check are the connections at the ECU, which is under the left headlamp. Remove the two 8mm screws holding on the headlamp, then check all the connectors going into the ECU. They have a habit of going haywire after becoming wet, car wash or rain water. Could also have corrosion on connectors.

If all looks good there, take a look at your IPM (fuse box) connectors underneath for said corrosion. Check the grounds on the inner fender below the battery, sometimes those become corroded as well, re-terminate the corroded wire and reattach. Throw a goop of axle grease or vaseline over the terminal to help prevent further corrosion if that's your issue.

If you think you found something that could be the issue and fix it, disconnect the battery ground for half an hour and then reconnect. Start up and see if it goes away, and check your codes again.

Good luck.
