Good afternoon hope anyone can please help with my 2020 Pacifica Touring L Plus major problem problem, of dash lights staying on and draining my batteries after I turn off the lights and lock my car. I am very upset that I spent $50,000 on this car and have this issue, but what upsets me most is the extremely poor customer service from the dealer.

I am very upset that I spent $50,000 on this car and have this issue, but what upsets me most is the extremely poor customer service from the dealer.
MORE I have a case manager who is suposed to call me in a day or two. One thing I found out is that the radio is not able to be turned off or on unless the engine is actually running.
Dash lights won't turn off & kill battery
