I am looking for some help with my 05' Pacifica. My factory dvd changer stopped working recently, so my husband ordered a replacement. The part numbers are identical. He read in several forums that installation should be plug and play, not requiring any codes. When we plugged it in, it sounds like its starting to work but then lights 1-3 and lights 4-6 start on an alternating flashing pattern. This is followed by an error code on the radio. I read that there might be a dvd stuck but I removed the faceplate and there is nothing stuck inside. I also tried turning the car on and off and taking out and replacing the fuse. Any other thoughts? Thanks.
