Make sure their records are correct. I took my '07 in for warranty repair 1 week before the 3/36 was up this past may. It had a leaking front crank seal and a leaky water pump. The service dept told me it would have $100 deductible (I have the added care lifetime warranty).
I told him it was still under 3/36. He showed me the printout that said the 3/36 was up on 5/5/10. I said that was wrong, the in service date was 5/12/07. He went to correct me by showing me the in service date on his printout and realized I was correct. The computer had an error for the ending date. They did the repairs free of charge.
