Frame replacement
I did my own on a garage floor. It's tedious but manageable.
You'll need an engine hoist to hold it from above when you take out the frame. It's REALLY heavy and kind of a pain to get into place, I don't have a lift and had to get creative with an ATV Jack to lift the new one into place.
I also had issues with one of the nuts for the four bolts that hold the frame in place, it wasn't secure and wasn't really accessible, ended up using a snake camera to get it all together.
It's not a technically challenging job, but there are a lot of random things bolted to the frame so it's tedious and requires some heavy lifting, but it's a manageable one person job if you're a relatively advanced do-it-yourselfer. I would highly recommend attaching the control arms to the frame while it's out. Honestly, just buy new control arms and install them prior to the job, it'll save you a ton of frustration.
Also, just replace the motor mounts. I didn't and one went bad a few months later, it's a real pain to get to them and as long as it's all out I would just replace them.
Good luck!
