Default Front Heater Blower Stopped, Fixed It

The front blower stopped working on our 04 Pacifica. The rear blower still worked, but blew cold.

Thanks to the other threads on this site I tried replacing the Blower Module and it fixed it.

Pretty easy job, took less than 5 minutes.

As others have stated it's right behind the glove box. Pinch the glove box at the top to let it all the way down so you can see behind it. The module is straight back pointed straight into the black box. Undo the two screws and unplug the two wire harnesses. Reverse for putting the new one in.

Got it at the local auto parts store for $73 with tax.

Awesome news! LOL...have to laugh because we just got our '04 Pac back from the dealer last night for the same thing. It just stopped working on Friday and the fuses all looked good. Rear blower worked but just blew cold air. Fortunately for us we just purchased the Pac a few weeks ago and it was covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Out of curiousity, how many miles do you have on yours? We have 73k on ours but it still looks like it rolled out of the showroom inside and out. The more I read in this forum the more scared I get about the future with this car. Aside from the lousy gas mileage we LOVE it!

U will haft to remember 2 things about forums People use them to fix there car and find out issues. It will be about 1/3 of the people that own this kinda car so the other 2/3 dont have this kinda issues. Just like when u hear complaints about something U will hear more of them because when u are mad that is when u take action when u are happy about something u hardly say a word about it.

I had to have my heater blower motor and relay replaced. They must be a defective part on the Pacifica's
