Front Inner Fender Noise
FYI: I noticed a few weeks ago a "tingy" sound coming from the car while traveling at ~ 50mph. It sounded like a rope slapping the side of a tin can.
I stopped and opened the hood looking for a loose wire or such but couldn't find anything. By chance I was looking in the fender well and moved the Inner fender well cover and...Alah!
The fasterners used to attach the plasic liner to the metal sub-structure are not tight enough to keep it held tight. I'll inform the dealer but for the mean time opted for a bit of silicone between the two--Works GREAT!
QC Group at DC are you listining?
