Default Headlights On

Not sure if this is a problem or if I should get this checked or not.As soon as I turn the key to accessory position the headlights come on.They're not daytime running lights because they're on even if the E-brake is on.So I can't sit with the car off and the radio on without having the headlights on(draining the batt). Is this the normal function for other Pacs or do I have a problem to get checked?Thx

Do you have the auto lights, make sure nothings is blocking the sensor on the rear view mirror.

Unfortunately, no auto headlights, just a plain mirror. Pretty sure it's not an option on my Pac.I'm hoping it's just a module or something that needs to be reset.I'll ask a tech when I'm in for the next service. I just wanted to make sure that wasn't what the others did. Thanks
