2008 Pacifica and I would assume all are the same.
Do ALL the buttons on the heater section illuminate?
4 on the left side of mine do not, Auto Hi/Lo, Rear & Outside Temp.
If so, how do I get at the bulb to change? Instructions anywhere?

I saw that this has been here for a month with no replies. I can't help you much, other than to tell you that the four heater control buttons you asked about DO illuminate in my 2005 Pacifica. I haven't had to get into the dash or radio for any reason so I have no idea how you access the bulb. Good luck!

 

They should all illuminate, and no, the bulbs cannot be replaced. You would have to replace the whole climate control panel. I know, it's ridiculous, but you can get a decent one on ebay for less than $100. Most of mine have burned out, but it's not a big deal to me. Good luck!
