My 2007 Pacifica has a barely functioning E-brake. It will work under flat conditions, but not on a hill. E-brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. It is not a broken cable (as it still works somewhat), is there an adjustment mechanism? How can I adjust it? Thanks in advance.
