how do you change egr valve on 05 chrysler pacifica and is it something you can clean and put back again I appriciate your help

 

The EGR assembly should be on the vehicle's right front, connected by two bolts to the end of the front cylinder head. Good luck.

 

I tried cleaning mine, it set a code, didn't help though. I picked up a new one and just replaced it. Not that hard to remove, watch for the gaskets on it. I could only find a replacement through a dealer though and had them ship it to me as no dealer close to me had any in stock and were on back order when I was looking.

FWIW Rock auto carries a couple of aftermarket choices. Search under emission system. They are a reputable outfit to order from.
