If you get an intermittent (fairly loud) clicking sound.
Check the electric fans (in front of the radiator) screws. Then use zip ties to put them back in place.
It took me awhile to figure out my Wife's. Then at the shop the other day another Lady had a Pacifica and told me hers was doing it and every time they went to look under the hood it wasnt.
