I have an 04 Pac with the factory nav system. The nav system suddenly quit a couple weeks ago....Display screen reads "Unable to read DVD-ROM" I have checked the disk, cleaned, attempted cleaning/repairing - still nothing. Any reason for a DVD-ROM disk to simply give up the ghost? Trying to seeif I have a disk problem, or a player problem. IfI remove the disk, player does notice there is no disk present. I have an updated map disk on the way, but looking for anyone else with this problem. BTY - anyone have a parts number for the nav player, soI can begin shopping, assuming thedisk is not the problem?
