Interior Lights and Overhead Console?

We have had our 2021 Pacifica hybrid for 2 weeks and not even 24 hours after bringing it home all of the interior lights stay on even when left overnight. They stay on while driving also. Literally never turn off even when pushed. We have tried the dimmer dial which does nothing to those lights and pushing them individually which also does nothing. No door codes or chiming happens. The over head console buttons for the driver to control the sliding doors stopped working around the same time as well as the little ambient courtesy light in the middle. However the two push lights in the overhead console next to the front seat still work correctly but the other bulbs don’t ever come on. Could it all be connected? We need help 😭
