I have a 2008 (no sunroof) and need to replace the overhead console because the lights won’t turn off.

How do I remove the overhead console?

Check out the DIY I did a while back for the overhead console. It goes in to detail on what causes the lights to not turn off, how to remove the console and how you can add new toggle switches to keep them operational. You can not replace just the lights or the part that breaks. You would have to replace the entire overhead console which has been discontinued and IF you happen to find one, it will be over $200.
