Default Lost as a fruitbat, again!

PLEASE someone! I've got my shifter assembly reinstalled and am stumped! Still stuck in park! Hint, if I remove my T lock clip on the shifter end of my btsi, my shifter moves freely! Why? I've failed at my attempts to adjust it. Or could it have anything to do with my ignition?

Have you checked for a broken shift cable?
