I just bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. It has the cd/dvd changer and a screen for each rear seat. One works and one won't. It doesn't seem to be getting a signal...and when it does it sits at the blaupunkt screen and says no disc. Do I have to do something special to get them both working? Please help...thanks.

 

I would say the previous owner put in an aftermarket DVD player. The Pac never come with a DUAL screen set-up
