Hi everyone,

we recently purchased a Pacifica in the US and had it shipped to Germany. The car was delivered without the navigation software. Upon contacting Navteq we were told that they wouldn't sell a replacement CD to us, even when supplying an APO Box (Army Post Office Box Address). The Chrysler dealership for Germany won't help us either, because the car was imported by us. All we have is a blank screen without the software. Can anyone offer a suggestion on how to solve this problem ? Thank you.
