Default P0700 code, no reverse fine in foward

Wife was driving it the other day and said she felt a shudder coming off a stop light and the PAC just wouldn't go any faster than 20 mph.

Got it home and cooled it off then drove it around for a second and it felt fine, no CEL.

Got it back home, drove it into driveway and tried to back up ....no go.

Don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that sometimes when I brake there's is a feeling in the steering wheel like a rotor is out of round making the steering wheel shake like there's no tomorrow but that doesn't happen consistent enough.

Thx in advance for any input

U will need to get a better scanner to get into the tranny computer to see what the real codes are.
