Default P0888 2005 Pacifica

I've already replaced the transmission control solenoid. I've replaced the transmission control relays multiple times. This code keeps coming on and the car goes in to limp mode anywhere from a couple hrs to a day later. I'm at my wits end with this car. This only started happening after I had to replace the main fuse box. Any ideas?
1st code was for the relay and the generic p0700 code. Replaced the relay and it was fine for a month or so.
2nd code was for relay, output sensor and p0700. I replaced the relay and the output sensor. It was ok for a day.
3rd code was for relay, transmission control solenoid (p0888) and the p0700. I replaced the relay and solenoid and it was ok for about 2 hrs and now it has the same codes. P0700, P0888.
