Default Rear Bumper removal/Instillation

Can anyone provide instructions on how to properly remove the rear bumper from 05 Pac. I woke up this morning and found a soft-ball sized dent in my rear bumper. Im confident I can remove it however I am not familiar with the removal of a Pac bumper... Can anyone help.

Thanks in advance....

I'm impatient... I was able to remove only the one side where the dent was located....which enabled me to work out the dent... Only needed to remove one retainer clip and screw.... Basically what I did was heat the area with a heat gun softening the plastic which allowed me to easily push out the dent and work the area further... Its not perfect but its a hole heck of allot better than it was... see attached images...

I know this is a bit late, but may help in the future.
It also may need enlarged a bit to read it.
