Default rear output shaft seal help

I have an '08 pacifica touring and yesterday i noticed some oil drops on my garage floor. after crawling under my 08 pac i noticed that the oring between the viscous coupler and differential had started to leak. upon further examination i noticed that the right rear and left rear output shaft seals are bad. I called my chrysler dealership this morning to order new seals and oring and they told me that chrysler did not have available right rear seals that I would have to replace the entire differential. has anybody heard of this problem before? Does anybody know part numbers for these seals?

I hope you can see the picture I attached. I am looking at item 21 in the picture. They call it "SEAL OUTPUT SHAFT". I think it is what you are talking about. I found it here. You might give them a call.

BTW, looked in my '05 shop manual. It instructs you to remove the entire rear carrier assembly to change the seals. Once on the bench it is a simple "pry out the old with a screwdriver - that is verbatim - and then seat the new with a seal installation tool. I was surprised to see they wanted you to remove the whole assembly, but I guess you need to in order to get room (by moving the carrier downward) to disconnect the half shafts. Big job to fix a small problem.
