I am having trouble getting the headphones to match up to the DVD system. The remote turns on the dvd but I get no sound from the headphones. Any help.

Do you have your owner's manual? I cannot get to one right now but there is a step to "enable" the headphones and you will see a headphone symbol on the front head unit when you have done so successfully. I think there may be a headphone button on the remote that is a toggle-on, toggle-off switch. The idea is that you could have DVD going to the headphones and radio/cd to the speakers at the same time. (My experience is with a 2005).
