Guess it was more than a water pump job and didnt turn by hand when the belt was installed.....

Lol most definitely!....right now i have the new piston ready to be put in, i also have the old head off and the new One ready to install aside from swapping the crankshaft, but im about to run to the parts store ro get a new one real quick so i can get everything put back together, i also got new head gaskets....this is my first time being this far into the engine, and its quite the adventure haha....but so far everything has gone smooth

Be Very Careful about Head Gaskets. There is a difference between the Right and Left bank gasket. If incorrectly installed overheating will be an issue.
Just to be clear, Alternator is on the Left Bank (from the video) #2,#4 &#6
Right Bank is #1,#3,#5

Oh yes lol, thank you for the info, very much appreciated! One of the bolts that holds the connecting rod cover stripped out so i had to drill the head of the bolt off, and i bent the cover ptetty bad because i had to pry it off because the washer thats on the head was still hanging on lol, and now both bolts for the connecting rod with the bad piston stripped out also, so i had to drill those out, and right now im stuck because of the way the bolt is i couldn't drill all of it out like your supposed to so now i have to figure out how to get it separated, just figured I'd give everyone an update of my adventure lol, i hope i can get it done tomorrow but its supposed to snow in kansas tomorrow which is where i live lol

So in the process of taking the piston out the two bolts for the connecting rod cap stripped out so i drilled them out and in the process of doing that i drilled through the bearing and took out a huge chunk of the journal on the crankshaft, is there something i can use to fill in the chunk that i took out with the drill bit? Or did i just screw myself completely? It took me 6 months to get this pacifica up and running and doing an engine swap and grt all the kinks worked out, ive drove it for about the past three months and now all of this happened because at first it started out being the water pump, then. I found the hole in the piston because i snapped a rocker arm bolt off in the head and tried.drilling it out and completely screwed that up so i replaced the head, which brings me to where im at now. If i have to replace the crankshaft i might as well do another engine swap right? If that's the case i think im just going to sell it as is wirh no engine and say screw it and try and find another car thats not a chrysler with a 3.5l

Yep thats what i was thinking.... I havent decided what im going to do yet....what would you do firem if you were in my situation? Cause i can get a used engine from the junkyard for $180 but its not guaranteed to run, and i can get a 1 year warranty but i can only trade it in for another engine, they wont give me my money back

Easy to spend someone else's money but, How is the rest of the vehicle ?
Suspension, Trans, Tires & Brakes, Body & interior? Only you know if it is worth the swap.
$180 is cheap for a 3.5, usually go from $ 600-$1500 from what I have seen.
I am not totally up to speed with Pacifica's but 04 may be different from 05 & 06 engines. (3.5's) and the 3.5 used in the LH cars was also a little different. Not sure what but different ID in the VIN means something. Sometimes it is just bolt on stuff that can be transferred.
Cheap yard engine with a warranty I would expect it to run. Swap in your fresh water pump & belt, maybe pop the pan and look at the bearings.
If it was a 300M I would probably jump at that engine.
Example 99-01 300M engine different from 02-04. Swapping a cam drive, flex plate/flywheel and a few other items will make them work.
