Okay - so stores don't sell "refills" anymore. I purchasedtwo new blades. What is the trick to pulling off the old blade to replace it? Yes, I am female and blonde, but very capable. I just don't want to break anything. Please help! Oh - and, it would be nice if the owner's manual told you how to do this maintenance item, but of course, it does not.

Heck, just pull in to Advanced Auto or Auto Zone and they will not only sell you a good wiper blade (the whole thing arm and all) but they will also install it on the spot for you.
