Default service code after waterpump replacement

New member here and here's what I got going on.

I just replace the waterpump on my 06' Pacifica. I replaced the timing belt and serpentine belt at the same time. filled engine back up with coolant and started it. It ran perfect, purred like new. Went for a test drive and I had a engine light(litterally picture of engine). Anyway it must be in some safe mode b/c you can drive it, but if you try to give it more that about half throttle it starts to miss, kind of like a rev limiter. B/F I put the timing cover on, I double checked the alignment of the cams and crank. They lined up perfectly as the old one b/f the change. I even rolled the engine over by hand to check for interfereance(mechanical) b/f I put it all back together.

I will get it on a code reader as soon as possible, any ideas?
