Default "Service tire system soon"

So I just bought an 04 Pacifica 3 weeks ago and the screen displayed "service tire system soon" well I figured the sensors needed replacing and was not in such a hurry to replace them. Well today, while driving out of nowhere it displays " tire pressure high in 1 tire" and "service tire system soon" I got an oil change and tires pressure checked 2 weeks ago and had no problem until today! Is it really the sensors that need replaced or did my tire pressure just get higher out of nowhere. Need help! May seem like a dumb question but don't wanna drive and something goes wrong!

' 04 Pac : Couple of years ago we had 4 new tires put on by a name brand shop, drove about 2 miles and on the dash was a message "RR tire overpressure" quickly put a hand gage on all 4 and all were ok except the right rear. Easily took care of that problem on the spot. Log into the forum and read all the posts about "TPMS" before you do anything else other than check the pressures Yourself. Good luck. *BW*
