speakers dont work

Exclamation speakers dont work
hello i have a 2004 pacifica and i installed a new head unit and sub w/amp and i hooked it all up .... but the door speakers arnt working ...... i got the wireing harnest thing and the head unit is a dual xdma 7650 amp and sub dual....... i just dont know what to do

all colors wires seem to be right .... and what is this about the factory amp
