After replacing emission control parts and hoses as well as fuel tank seals check engine light is no longer on passes on several different handheld scanners , yet wont pass state test . o2 sensors not communicating they were replaced last year . replaced gas cap 3 times 3rd with OEM cap . It is an '06 is there a software upgrade required or available ?
