Those are the clamps I've seen the problem with, the screw type

found it, plastic water inlet tube. either the gasket or hose clamps(my guess). only leaking cold. thanks to Jamie1.

i am going to buy the screw type clamps. the original squeeze type only lasted 2 years. just have to be carefull
with the plastic water inlet tube.
