Default Strange Clicking / Rattle Braking at Low Speed

This is an odd one that I wanted to check here before taking to the dealer to look at. I do have an extended warrantee, but they charge for diagnostics if they cannot find something...

Anyhow, at low speeds (if braking hard it does not happen), there is a very odd clicking and subtle rattle feeling in the front end. It is not warper rotors, I know what that feels like. I wondered if this possibly a cracked brake pad or something like that?

I also have an emergency brake that does not set in the slightest. I have asked the dealer to fix this three times and every time they tell me that they "tightened it" as much as they could. No idea if it is related, but thought I would throw that out as well.

2007 Pacifica, AWD, 4.0L

Thanks in advance
