Default Strange Noise and Judder

In the past few days our 2007 Pacifica (4L Touring) has developed an intermitant judder at low revs (1500rpm) and around 20 to 40mph.
It only occurs under power and not when coasting. It almost seems as if it is the mix isnt rich enough. The transmission shifts fine and the problem disappears when you put your foot down.
At times there is a noise without the judder which sounds like the engine is reving awkwardy but I dont see this on the rev counter.

We recently had power steering, transmission and brake fluid changes, everything on the 60k service except the pcv valve.

Will be taking it to the dealer next week.

Any thoughts onm this?
Many Thanks

Who did the trans. service? Did they use the correct fluid? Sounds like you are describing a torque converter problem.

Thats that I was thinking.

Here is where it gets more interesting...
Took it to the dealer, there were no error codes in the system, they kept it for a day to try and replicate. Couldnt replicate.
Sent us away and yesterday my wife calls me as the judder happened right before losing all power. Car was dead.

Called dealer, tow truck picked them up.... rolled car off of tow truck, fired it up first time.
Kept it for another day, no error codes, cant replicate... so tonight I pick it up for the second time, no further forward...
