Have a 2005 pacifica : Purchasing a new phone do all phones with bluetooth work with uconnect? Or if no what phones do work ..Thanks

 

blue tooth is just a protocal so any radio and phone that has blue tooth will work together.

 

Thanks, hope you are correct.Chrysler people said just use phone on there list but i did not like any of them,so i'm going with what you said.Purchasing a motorola i870 to use.

 

Not all blue tooth phones work with the chrysler systems, I ran into one the other day where the phone would not operate properly.The phone was too old (about 1 year) but it did have bluetooth. I connected my motorola ic902 phone to it and the system worked fine. The customer purchased a new phone and it worked fine. The nextel phone you are going to buy should work properly.

 

went to Johnson Controls told me the phone i WAS going to purchase will not work with the Pacifica.This is a pain in the ***.Will look a little more thanks for your help.

will the iphone 3g connect to a 2005 pacifica with uconnect because i cant figure out how too and doesnt reconize it

 

I can’t get my iPhone to do texting through uconnect. Tried allowing notifications through Bluetooth and information on the uconnect but it’s not allowable.
